I know reaching out for support can be daunting - as a child, young person or adult it is a brave step to take. I can support you to gain clarity, understanding and resolution around your presenting issues and thoughts, feelings and behaviour so that you can regain balance and direction for your future.

Working relationally, I will provide a confidential, warm, empathic and non-judgemental space, where, by treating you as an individual and putting our relationship at the heart of the work I will support you in realising both your own answers to your problems and your desired outcomes.

I believe that integration is at the core of the work I do, both in the way I aim to support and encourage my clients to explore themselves, their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and to think about how their past may be informing their present, so that they might integrate all parts of themselves in the here and now, and through the models I draw on to facilitate this.

I use the principles, values and theories of several approaches, including Transactional Analysis, the Person-Centred, Humanistic, Trauma-informed and Creative approaches in my work. This allows me to offer you a bespoke service and work with you to meet your individual needs and goals.
